Leminar seals the success of its financial year with Fiesta 2015 celebrations

Leminar Air Conditioning Co., one of the region’s premiere HVAC distributors, observed its annual celebration Fiesta 2015 at Fairmont the Palm recently. The event was largely organized to rejoice the target achieved for the financial year and also to recognize the people behind the uninterrupted success of Leminar.

In addition to saluting the talents and rewarding them, one of the basic goals of the celebration this time was to create a platform for the Leminar employees to connect with each other outside work along with their families, who happen to play a pivotal role in their success stories. Therefore, organizing a unified celebration that would help in the inclusion of staff families was one of the key driving forces of the event this year. In fact, the celebration seemed to serve as a humble opportunity for the management to thank the employees and their families for their unfathomable commitment and dedication towards achieving the organizational goals.

An inspiring speech by the CEO, Dr. Navin M. Valrani marked the beginning of the event. Talking about Leminar’s journey through the year, Mr. Valrani said, “What started off as a very challenging year last summer ended up with us meeting the targets and continuing Leminar’s footprint, both in terms of agencies and territories. Last year, we added a world-class brand, Hattersley, to our growing portfolio and entered into the air handling units market with a brand called Clima Uno. We are truly blessed to be operating in countries like the U.A.E. where the leadership is always thinking two steps ahead from the rest of the nations. As the economy continues to grow and Leminar continues to cement itself as the number one HVAC distribution company in the nation, we will do our best to stand by our values of excellence, transparency, compassion, honesty, empowerment and discipline.”

Following the speech, an award distribution ceremony was organized to acknowledge outstanding performances by employees under a variety of nomination categories. What followed next was a range of cultural performances by staff and their families. It was indeed a moment when children, teenagers and adults – all came together to bask under the glory of Leminar. The evening was consummated by a wonderful dinner that happened to serve as the icing on the cake.
