Leminar chosen as one of UAE’s Great Places to Work

Leminar Air Conditioning Company was once again chosen as among the top 10 “Great Places To Work” in the UAE for the year 2014. ‎The award was handed over in a gala dinner organized by the Great Places to Work™ Institute on 16th March 2015. Great Place to Work™ Institute (GPTW) is global research; consulting and training firm that helps organizations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures.

In 2013, Leminar was awarded Great Places To Work in the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) sector. This year it participated in the main category of 250 + employees and finished ahead of organizations such as Federal Express and MasterCard among others. ‎GPTW conducts an independent survey among employees and recognizes companies, which exhibit an exceptional workplace culture, inspire and empower employees every step of the way.
